Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with opportunities for remote work. As a Customer Service Agent fluent in English, you will offer exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, providing product or service information, analyzing and resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy during each interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
- Ability to consistently drive Customer Satisfaction by addressing concerns and solving problems effectively
- Proficiency in handling inquiries, complaints, and communication with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in fluent English
- Capacity to work independently in a hybrid environment while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines
- Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills
