Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier support to clients and customers by managing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer interactions through various communication channels, effectively addressing their needs, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and resolving customer issues
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide an outstanding Customer Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with empathy, respect, and professionalism
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
