Role Purpose

You'll ensure every student whether new or returning receives attentive, informed, and professional support. Your work will help drive enrolments, contribute to centre targets, and uphold the British Council's reputation for quality and trust.

Main Accountabilities

You will engage with students and parents both in person and through various communication channels, responding to enquiries and guiding them through the registration process. In every interaction, you will uphold the British Council's commitment to delivering a welcoming and professional experience.

A key part of your role will be supporting enrolment growth. This includes conducting consultations, managing and nurturing leads, following up on interest, and contributing to monthly sales targets. You will also play an active role in marketingrelated activities that help strengthen student engagement and awareness.

To keep the Teaching Centre running smoothly, you will handle essential operational and administrative tasks. This includes accurate data entry, payment processing, coordinating surveys, and supporting daytoday activities that ensure an efficient and wellorganised environment for students and staff.

Essentials

Qualifications & Experience

  • Comprehensive, proven experience as a customer service executive
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent command of English written and spoken to connect confidently and clearly.
  • University degree

Desirables

  • Customer Service Professional Qualification
  • Relevant qualification or training undertaken in Sales
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

  • Location: Agouza, Egypt
  • Gross monthly salary: 16,667 EGP
  • Job type: Full time
  • Contract type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
  • Deadline to receive applications: 8th of March 2026
  • Working conditions: 7.5 working hours per day for rotational shifts between 10 am and 7 pm, with 2 days off.
