Role Description

This is a full-time on-site English Customer Service B2+ position based in Maadi, QLD. The role involves providing exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing complaints, documenting interactions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Experience in English Teaching, Training, or Translation is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment located in Maadi
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, if required
