Role Overview

We are seeking motivated English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in New Cairo. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, delivering accurate solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This position operates on a rotational shift schedule, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends. Additionally, there are opportunities to earn incentives through upselling, with rewards reaching up to $60 per sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues with accuracy and care
  • Document all customer interactions in internal systems with attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and processes
  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and performance expectations

Candidate Requirements

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
  • No prior experience requiredfull paid training will be provided
  • Open to graduates and undergraduates

What We Offer

  • Net Salary: 18,000 EGP (inclusive of KPIs)
  • Performance Incentives: Upselling commissions of up to $60 per sale
  • Overnight Allowance: 90 EGP per hour for shifts starting from 6:00 PM
  • Overtime Pay: $5 per hour
