Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (
Egyptians only ) based in
New Cairo. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers via phone or other communication channels, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will contribute to improving service quality by providing feedback and participating in training as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and resolving Customer Concerns
- Strong proficiency in English ( B2 - C1 )
- flexibility with Night rotational shifts
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
