Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative with TP, located in New Cairo. The role involves providing effective customer support, delivering quality customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, handling phone-based communication while maintaining professional etiquette, and ensuring customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Customer Service and delivering exceptional Customer Support
  • Solid understanding and focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and clear communication over calls
  • Fluency in English with at least a B2/B2+ proficiency level
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in a customer service or support role is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
