Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Salesperson for Insurance at MetLife, located in Cairo, Egypt, with a combination of in-office and work-from-home opportunities. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering MetLife's products and services. In addition, responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, managing insurance policies, collaborating with insurance brokers, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Skills in Insurance Sales and Sales techniques to effectively promote and sell products
- Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices to cater to clients diverse needs
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills to build trust and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in a hybrid work environment and familiarity with remote communication tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
