This is a full-time, on-site role for English Speakers under the English Account at TP, located in New Cairo. The role involves managing customer interactions, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring satisfaction. Daily tasks include delivering excellent communication and problem-solving to enhance the overall customer experience. Team collaboration and a commitment to professional service are key components of this position.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency and clarity being essential.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting to address customer queries effectively and efficiently.
• Skills in customer service and conflict resolution with a focus on empathy and delivering positive experiences.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and the ability to quickly learn new software or tools.

• Previous experience in customer support or related roles is a plus.
