Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Customer Service (English) Technical Grads position. The role involves providing excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in an efficient, professional manner. The candidate will assist in ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Typical daily activities include handling phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering a positive Customer Experience.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication abilities.
  • Fluent in English, with both written and verbal proficiency.
  • Ability to effectively address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
  • Experience in a technical customer service role is a plus.
