Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dubai Industrial City. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers and provide prompt, accurate assistance.
  • Manage customer orders, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, accounts, and operations to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, feedback, and actions taken in CRM systems.
  • Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
  • Contribute to improving the overall customer experience through feedback and suggestions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • GCC( Saudi, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar).
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
  • Professional attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work from Dubai Industrial City.
