We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dubai Industrial City. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers and provide prompt, accurate assistance.
- Manage customer orders, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, accounts, and operations to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, feedback, and actions taken in CRM systems.
- Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
- Contribute to improving the overall customer experience through feedback and suggestions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- GCC( Saudi, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar).
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
- Professional attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work from Dubai Industrial City.
