Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Trainee, you will support daily operations and help enhance customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal departments for effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Following up on customer requests and ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
- Updating and maintaining customer records
- Preparing periodic reports on customer requests and service performance
- Assisting in the improvement of customer service processes and procedures
