Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Trainee (Tamheer Trainee - Saudi Nationals ONLY)

Location: Jeddah

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Trainee, you will support daily operations and help enhance customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal departments for effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Following up on customer requests and ensuring timely resolution
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Updating and maintaining customer records
  • Preparing periodic reports on customer requests and service performance
  • Assisting in the improvement of customer service processes and procedures

  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Must not be registered in the Tamheer or Employment GOSI program in the last 6 months.
