Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our growing operations team. This role goes beyond traditional customer support you will play a key role in managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and supporting order completion by coordinating with internal teams. If you are detail-oriented, solution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with placing and completing orders, ensuring a smooth journey from inquiry to successful transaction.

Proactively follow up with customers who have incomplete or pending orders to support completion. Identify customer drop-off points and take action to increase order conversion rates.

Collaborate with the team to improve customer retention and repeat usage.

Provide accurate information related to services, pricing, and order status.

Deliver a high-quality and consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service Operations and Service Operations
  • Proven ability to ensure high Customer Satisfaction and provide excellent Customer Support
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts based on US time zones
  • Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education is a bonus
