Job Description

** Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Customer Service Specialist. The role involves handling customer interactions across various channels with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining excellent phone etiquette, and providing exceptional service to enhance the overall customer experience. The Customer Service Specialist will work closely with other team members and departments to address and resolve issues, ensuring a high standard of support.

** Qualifications

-Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service.
-Excellent Phone Etiquette and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.
-Focus on creating exceptional Customer Experience.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Problem-solving skills and a positive, empathetic attitude.
-Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
