Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at M.Y Pet Center. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes managing customer experiences, responding to requests promptly, and fostering positive relationships with pet owners. This position is located in Egypt, El Sheikh Zayed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction techniques
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and addressing client needs effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner
• Proficiency in managing customer accounts and maintaining records
• Experience in the pet care or retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service are advantageous
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
