Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Customer Service Representative in the banking sector. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, resolving client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The responsibilities include handling customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a professional and positive demeanor in all communications.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining high levels of service quality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in handling banking-related inquiries and resolving customer concerns
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and adapt to process-oriented tasks
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the banking or financial sector
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus
  • Fluency in English and/or other required languages relevant to the customer base
