Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role for a C1 English (real estate) account at RAYA CX. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day customer interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, addressing concerns, maintaining exceptional service standards, and resolving issues efficiently. This is an on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi.

Qualifications
  • Strong background in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Experience and handling diverse customer needs
  • Effective communication skills in English at C1 level
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi
