Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Customer Service Representative role for a C1 English (real estate) account at RAYA CX. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day customer interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, addressing concerns, maintaining exceptional service standards, and resolving issues efficiently. This is an on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi.
