Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative - C1 English Speaker. The position involves managing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining customer satisfaction, and consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role is hybrid, based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to work from home as required.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction processes
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience and resolve inquiries effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 proficiency level)
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry or sales operations is beneficial
