The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet to sell basic products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling client products/service, as well as providing basic customer service support

Location: New Cairo, Egypt

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (B2 - C1).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Flexible with rotational shifts including night and overnight shifts.
  • Ready to start immediately.
