Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Qesm El Maadi. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining excellent communication with customers, documenting interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer experience. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of service provided by Xceed, contributing to our values of excellence and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and ensuring high-quality Customer Experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • A diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification is beneficial
