Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role, based on-site in New Cairo. Responsibilities include assisting customers via calls, emails, or chat to resolve inquiries effectively, ensuring excellent customer experiences. The role involves managing customer inquiries efficiently, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Team collaboration and thorough documentation of interactions are also key components of the position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and collaborate with team members
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
