Role Summary
We are looking for a vibrant, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to manage our online customer interactions. You will be the voice of our brand, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our fashion community.
Core Responsibilities
- Order Management: Handle customer inquiries and orders via WhatsApp and Social Media (Instagram/TikTok).
- Customer Support: Provide detailed information about clothing sizes, fabric types, and delivery timelines.
- Engagement: Respond to comments and direct messages professionally and promptly.
- Problem Solving: Resolve delivery issues or exchange requests efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in Clothing/Fashion E-commerce is highly preferred.
- Age: Below 30 years old.
- Visa: Must hold a valid Visa 18 (Transferable).
Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; proficient in using WhatsApp Business and Social Media platforms.
Traits: Patient, multitasking, and has a customer-first attitude.
