Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Customer Service Representative based in Qesm 2nd Tanta. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key link between the company and its clients, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
  • Proven track record in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction and fostering positive client relationships
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Prior experience in marketing or related fields is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or marketing are an asset
