Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Obour for a Customer Service Representative (English Account). The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer accounts. Daily tasks include responding to customer emails and calls, providing information about products and services, and maintaining records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service Representatives skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a benefit
