Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will handle customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat to provide support, address inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. You will focus on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive customer experience in alignment with company standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and handling inquiries professionally and empathetically
  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and driving positive Customer Experience through excellent communication and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in English (level B2/C1) to handle interactions with English-speaking customers
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to diverse customer needs
  • Degree or equivalent education is preferred, but relevant customer service experience will be considered
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
