Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative with English C1 proficiency. The position is based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product or service-related support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires prompt and professional interactions with customers via various communication channels, while delivering an enhanced customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling Customer Satisfaction concerns
  • Knowledge of and experience with Customer Experience strategies and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally and empathetically
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level) for clear and effective communication
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an on-site team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with industry-relevant tools and practices
