We're looking for a customer-focused Partner Support Associate to join a dynamic, fast-growing team at a well-established multinational company. This is a non-voice role, focused entirely on email, live chat, and CRM-based communication no phone calls involved.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Communicating with partners via email and live chat to guide them through onboarding, documentation, and verification (KYB) processes
- Re-engaging leads who are inactive, unresponsive, or previously marked as lost to revive potential partnerships
- Assisting new partners with submitting required documents, understanding platform benefits, and resolving integration-related queries
- Following up on open support cases to ensure full issue resolution
- Logging and managing all interactions through Salesforce CRM and contributing to ongoing lead tracking and performance dashboards
- Collaborating with internal teams to share feedback and help improve partner experience workflows
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience in non-voice customer support, live chat, or email-based telesales
- Strong written communication skills with a friendly, professional, and persuasive tone
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Organized, tech-savvy, and proactive in problem-solving
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
