Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Polish. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer needs via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and collaborating with team members to improve service processes.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish(B2 - C1) & English (A2 - B1)
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM tools to manage customer interactions
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
