We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at Premier Services and Recruitment, a subsidiary of Premier Group.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answer inbound customer calls politely and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues at first contact whenever possible.
- Offer value-added products and services based on customer needs.
- Provide excellent service by staying up to date with training and internal updates.
- Build customer loyalty through strong product knowledge.
- Own and resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.

- Support colleagues and value diversity within the team.
Requirements:
- University graduate.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills; polite, patient, and empathetic.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers and software applications.
- Customer-centric, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
