Job Description

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Industry: Human Resources Services

Location: Maadi, Cairo

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at Premier Services and Recruitment, a subsidiary of Premier Group.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Answer inbound customer calls politely and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues at first contact whenever possible.
  • Offer value-added products and services based on customer needs.
  • Provide excellent service by staying up to date with training and internal updates.
  • Build customer loyalty through strong product knowledge.
  • Own and resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Act as a role model for our Group Values: Open, Connected, Dependable.
  • Support colleagues and value diversity within the team.

Requirements:

  • University graduate.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills; polite, patient, and empathetic.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with computers and software applications.
  • Customer-centric, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
