Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Customer Service Representative fluent in both Russian and Spanish. The main responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing excellent service, managing customer concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. The representative will also serve as a key point of contact for building strong relationships and upholding PSI's commitment to a hassle-free real estate experience.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Russian, Spanish, and English
• Proficient in Customer Service, ensuring a high level of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Previous experience in the real estate industry or a similar field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in customer service or real estate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment on-site in Abu Dhabi
