TalentHive is representing a well-established retail business in Dubai that serves a high volume of customers across multiple sales channels. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Customer Care Representative (Arabic Speaking) to join their onsite team in Al Quoz.

The Role

The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for managing customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high standard of service while supporting sales and after-sales activities. This role is ideal for someone with a retail sales background who enjoys customer interaction and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls and emails
• Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and order-related queries
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Support retail sales teams with customer follow-ups and coordination
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
• Escalate issues where required and ensure timely resolution
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (essential)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic
• Confident handling customer calls and emails
• Professional, well-organised, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work onsite in Al Quoz, Dubai
