Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative - Travel Account, located in Cairo.

The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout service interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in sales or travel-related services is preferred.
  • Flexibility with rotational shifts.
  • Proficiency in English
