Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Customer Service Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service. Daily tasks include managing customer support calls, maintaining a high standard of phone etiquette, and enhancing customer experiences. The role also involves addressing customer concerns and facilitating solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction.

• Strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
• Experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus
• Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
