• Excellent Phone Etiquette and professional communication abilities
• Ability to handle and resolve complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and related software is a plus
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
