Role Description

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing outstanding support to ensure a seamless customer experience. This full-time, on-site position in Giza includes handling customer inquiries, managing customer feedback, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing concerns professionally, and ensuring effective communication through phone and digital channels. The role involves building and nurturing positive relationships with clients while actively resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Customer Experience and the ability to enhance client interaction
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team setting
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
