Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Customer Service Specialist. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing assistance and support to ensure a positive customer experience, managing communication through various channels, and resolving issues efficiently. The Customer Service Specialist will also ensure customer satisfaction by handling requests professionally and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
  • Demonstrated ability in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving client inquiries effectively
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
