Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Qesm El Maadi. In this position, the specialist will handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, assist in resolving issues efficiently, and provide accurate product and service information to customers. The individual will also maintain professional communication standards and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using customer service tools and software is a plus
  • Adaptability to work on-site in a customer-focused environment
  • Prior experience in ecommerce or retail is preferred
