We're Hiring Customer Support Specialist (Voice-Based)

Location: Cairo

For a very well-known multinational company, a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Cairo, Egypt is needed. The role involves providing outstanding customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a daily basis.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently.
  • Identifying issues and delivering effective solutions to meet customer needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent English level (C1)
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Flexibility with rotational shifts
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred
