We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join a leading global organization within the Coatings & Specialty Chemicals industry.
This role will be responsible for managing customer relationships across the Middle East and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, commercial teams, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and other internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customers across the Middle East region and build strong customer relationships.
- Execute order entry and order fulfillment processes.
- Coordinate customer account activities with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and other teams.
- Understand customer requirements and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure service levels are maintained according to business priorities.
- Develop knowledge of products, applications, and service offerings.
- Balance customer requirements with operational capabilities and cost-effective solutions.
- Support commercial strategies across the Coatings & Performance Monomers business.
- Contribute to digital adoption, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.
Key Skills & Experience
- Customer Service / Customer Operations experience, preferably within chemicals, coatings, manufacturing, or industrial products.
- Experience with SAP and/or CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of order management, order fulfillment, and business processes.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, resilient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and other cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree required.
