This is a full-time on-site role located in

Customer Service Specialist.
Your
day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer interactions with efficiency and empathy.
- Providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette.

What we're looking for:
- Fluency in English is a MUST (B2/C1)
- Strong skills in Customer Service & Customer Support
- Problem-solving, active listening, & attention to detail
- Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus!
- Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is essential
