Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, assisting customers with questions, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally

Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Proficiency with desktop applications and basic software tools
Ability to work on-site and adhere to shift schedules
Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
