Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Service WFH role located in Cairo, Egypt at IDS. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, delivering exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
  • Laptop availability
  • Basic Salary 6500 LE
