Customer Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Specialist, based in Riyadh. The Customer Specialist will handle day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring their satisfaction by providing exceptional support and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly. The role involves analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining effective communication to build strong client relationships. The position also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer experience.

• Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interactions
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess and act on customer feedback

• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields is a plus
