We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to work directly with a fast-growing US company, managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless experience. This role is ideal for someone aiming to gain international exposure and career growth while working in a structured, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage communications with clients professionally via email and Slack

Candidate Profile
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support, success, or online businesses
  • Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and CRMs
  • Comfortable coordinating with US working hours
