We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to work directly with a fast-growing US company, managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and ensure successful adoption
- Manage communications with clients professionally via email and Slack

Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, success, or online businesses
- Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and CRMs
- Comfortable coordinating with US working hours
