We are growing! We are currently looking to hire an Emirati National Customer Success Associate for our office in Dubai.

This role requires an enthusiastic quick learner with interest in retail / luxury and customer experience. Key drivers of success are acute organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.

We are open to consider fresh graduates.

What you will be doing:

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work closely with our teams based in Dubai.

In this highly collaborative role, you are responsible for coordination and management of several projects in development and recently deployed. Your daily tasks will involve administration, coordination, and a lot of problem-solving while providing day-to-day support to the Customer Success Manager in managing the portfolio of prestigious client accounts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Customer Success team with data entry, data extraction for project updates, account and proposal creation, platform setup and invoicing
  • Fieldwork follow-ups with our operations teams to ensure that programs run on time and as per client requirements
  • Supporting our clients with information, answers, required data and problem solving
  • Identifying/ flagging issues in a timely manner for quick resolutions
  • Preparation of deliverables (proposals, reports, presentations) to ensure they meet clients needs and agreed deadlines
  • Weekly communication to client facing teams to make sure all offers / contracts are up to date on our ERP
  • Operational tasks: Creation of logins, location list update, etc
  • Coordinating with various internal teams.

Requirements

What you will bring along:

This role requires a passion about the luxury industry and customer experience. It also requires strong organization skills. You should also have the below:

  • Emirati National
  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Administration, Business, Management, or related field
  • Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in project management, retail operations, client management, marketing, consulting, or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work in a global environment

  • Result oriented
