Role Overview
At MoonTech, you will own and grow a portfolio of performance-driven accounts, directly impacting revenue through a product-led influencer marketing model. You will ensure brands achieve measurable outcomes using data, attribution, and scalable campaign execution through the platform.
This role sits at the core of MoonTech's engine, bridging clients, creators, and product. You will not just manage accounts, you will drive performance, shape workflows, and influence how the product evolves based on real market needs.
Success in this role requires strong commercial thinking, deep understanding of performance marketing, and the ability to turn client requirements into scalable, system-driven solutions rather than manual execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts with full responsibility for revenue growth, retention, and budget expansion
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across multiple levels, acting as a strategic partner and decision influencer
- Develop and execute account plans focused on long-term growth, not just short-term performance
- Diagnose performance issues deeply and drive data-led optimization and strategic interventions
- Lead upsell and expansion opportunities, increasing account value over time
- Operate confidently in ambiguity, making informed decisions with incomplete data
- Challenge clients when needed, providing strong pushback and strategic direction
- Translate patterns from client needs into scalable product and system improvements, not one-off solutions
- Drive adoption of the platform, ensuring clients transition from manual workflows to system-driven execution
- Lead cross-functional teams (Product, BI, Ops, Finance, Influencer), ensuring alignment and delivery of outcomes
- Handle escalations and critical issues for enterprise clients with ownership and urgency
What We're Looking For
- 58 years of experience, with strong background in Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth roles in performance environments
- Proven ownership of revenue growth and account expansion, not just retention
- Experience managing enterprise or high-value accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Deep understanding of performance marketing (ROAS, CAC, conversion funnels, attribution models)
- Background in influencer marketing, affiliate, performance marketing, or SaaS platforms
- Strong ability to analyze performance issues and drive strategic decisions
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong influencing skills with ability to push back and guide clients strategically
- Experience working closely with product teams to drive scalable improvements
- High ownership, accountability, and ability to operate independently
