Responsibilities:

  • Manage post-sale onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of enterprise solutions.
  • Drive product adoption by aligning solutions with customer business needs and use cases.
  • Own customer renewals and proactively manage churn risks.
  • Identify upsell, migration, and upgrade opportunities based on usage and customer insights.
  • Introduce new products and support customer value management (CVM) campaigns.
  • Monitor customer health, engagement, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, Pricing, and Operations.
