This isn't a support role. You'll guide businesses from onboarding to growth, help them unlock new opportunities, and shape the future of customer success in our company.

What You'll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value clients across MENA, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Act as a trusted advisor, mapping workflows and enabling deeper integration of our solutions
- Lead onboarding, implementation, and client training, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to success
- Conduct strategic account reviews, identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and optimization
- Drive renewals and reduce churn by ensuring clients see tangible ROI from UPFRONT
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, and support) to resolve client issues quickly
- Track client KPIs, analyze adoption and usage data, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders
- Be the voice of the customer, advocating internally for client needs and product improvements
- Develop customer success playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and best practices as we scale
What We're Looking For
Requirements
- 35 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services (SaaS, fintech, or B2B experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a plus
- Commercial acumen and emotional intelligence with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Proven success managing complex client accounts and driving adoption, retention, and growth
- A customer-first mindset: relationship-building, problem-solving, and proactive support
- Comfortable using CRM and customer success platforms
